Where does Not Pot ship?

Domestic only: We’re here for all 50 states.

When will my order ship?

Easy! Place your order online, and we’ll start processing on the same business day (the next if your order comes in after 9AM EST). After 1-2 days time, your order is handed off to a carrier, and on its way to you! You’ll receive timely shipment notifications and a tracking number via email until your Mr Genki has not-not arrived.

Help! I'm having problems with the tracking.

Hang on for another day or two—sometimes carriers can be delayed to register shipments. Still no luck? Send us an email right away at hello@mrgenki.com, and we’ll figure it out together.
